Microneedling FAQ
How many sessions do I need?+
The number and spacing of procedures should be individualized to the device, indication, treatment area, skin response, and your goals. More than one procedure may be needed, and maintenance is not automatic.
Does microneedling hurt?+
Sensation varies with the device, depth, area, and person. Topical numbing may be used when appropriate; tell your provider about allergies or sensitivities to numbing medications.
When will I see results?+
Response and timing vary, and the desired cosmetic outcome is not guaranteed. Your provider will explain what can reasonably be assessed after recovery and whether another procedure should be considered.
